Well the big news for today is that I started taking the weight loss meds
zepbound for folks who are not diabetic. I am eating smaller meals at sandras the cafe I there almost every day of the week.
WE are having rain and there is talk of flash flooding. so I canceled all of my clients for today. As I don't think that we are having as much rain as predicted. so that is good. It is supposed to rain thru thursday night.
I can still hear a rumbling of thunder storms, so the storm is rumbling away and the rain continues.

I got up at 930. My back was sore from being on a too soft pillow top bed. Some times I sleep in the guest room because I can't get comfortable.
