I booked a week long all inclusive fishing vacation at a Northern Ontario fishing lodge. I'm taking a friend and his teenage son. It's on me. My little brother is retiring from the Army, so he is coming too. When I was a kid, I had a paper stand on a main avenue 3 miles out of downtown. I could ride the streetcar into town for a dime. (The Pittsburgh Press cost 7 cents. lol) They had used bookstores downtown. I read every back issue copy of Outdoor LIfe, Field and Stream, and Sports Afield from 1955 to 1969. They were only 25 cents each. I daydreamed my youth away, fishing and hunting the Canadian wilderness. As an adult, I never got around to doing that. Now at age 70, I'm taking the inner child for a ride.
