I have a lot of posts to catch up on!
I slept around 8 hr last night, and my morning was pretty usual. I jogged a bit during my walk, so I'm sure to be sore tomorrow! I showered, read with the SAD lamp (not using it the full time yesterday def. affected me by afternoon), picked up a prescription at the pharmacy, drew 3 pics though my sunglasses picture didn't really turn out (all in the creative corner).
Despite being on my period and it being heavier than usual (though when I say heavier, most women would still consider it a light period, definitely it's light compared to my 20s and 30s), I'm in a good mood. Yesterday evening, I felt so happy and nothing really out of the ordinary had happened. And I'm not hypomanic (at least I don't think so). It's been so nice, and I keep thinking I've got to savor this good, stable period, because who knows when the ball is going to drop? It always does eventually..sigh.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
