I went out this morning to get fruits and vegetables and some chickpea and lentil chips. I caved in and got some cookies too. I had to return 2 things to Walmart and my phone was at 15% as I was walking in the store and then it was dead when I got into the store. I explained what happened and they gave me a gift card. I felt kinda bad but I didn't have the energy to go charge my phone and then come back later.

Then I had therapy and it went well. We have been doing these somatic regulation things and they are really helpful. On the way there I got a call to go set up my heart monitor on Tuesday.

I then went to get my lab work and for once the lab was empty. I was in and out fast. I had to give a urine sample too.

Not sure how I feel about an American Pope. Idk. It just feels weird for some reason. My mom swears that orange turd isnt that powerful.
