I did my 7.2 mi power walk this morning. It was a lot of hard work, and I'm not sure if it was just because the heat and humidity were back in full force after being MIA for over a week or so and/or because my cat woke me around 2:30 AM wanting me to get up to feed her (not happening!), but then it took me a good 10-15 min to fall back to sleep, so maybe because my sleep got interrupted it wasn't quite as restful. I did some plank practice and hope to do a bit more, maybe try to stretch some. I really need to do some neck stretches too; my neck muscles are sore. I'm going to put some Voltaren on it once I get off MSF.
