Monday I was 225, yesterday I was 223.8 yesterday and 222.8 today. I'm not doing much of anything. Today I'm trying to eat decently and not overdo anything. I can't work out so I just have to rely on caloiries in calories out.
I need to get this under control especially with the all of a sudden weire blood sugar readings..
You'd think I'd be scared into getting things under control.
