So yesterday i had a pretty good day. Protein 71 gm, carbs 136, fat 53, fiber 21, sodium 2970, cal 1309. My blood sugar was in range morning, bedtime, and was excellent (104) this morning.
I had a belvita and coffee and hard boiled eggs and baby carrots for breakfast; roast beef on ezekiel with mayo and mustard for lunch and dinner, and a small salad with thousand island dressing for a snack.
Now to play scientist and see what i have to alter in order to lose weight. But pretty good accomplishment stabilizing my blood sugar and hunger.
ETA - that calorie count might be a little low? Idk.
