I'm still 222. I had a couple PB&J Lunchables and a Uncrustable and a bag of miracle pasta. I had a few Goldfish crackers and some lentil curry tumeric chips. I did 500 reps with my ab roller. Most of them were done on carpet which was harder to do.
I have zucchni for dinner. Or goat cheese mac and cheese. I'm not very hungry.
I'm wondering if gel insoles will help me out. I know when I worked at a grocery store 10 years ago a double pair of socks and Dr. Scholls gel inserts made being on my feet for 6 hours a breeze. Without them I was in extreme pain.
