I've been really sick for hours. And I can't even keep a corner of a piece of bread down. I haven't eaten in 6 hours. I'm not even sure what I ate that would have done this. But I am really thirsty so I'm just sucking on ice chips. Tums and Zofran didn't help.

Do I just wait it out again? My blood pressurd is high but I'm falling asleep.
