My weight was good today. I've eaten pretty decently. I had some berry Cosmic Rings and half a store bought quiona harvest bowl and 2 plain hot cakes from Mcdonalds. I think I'll have my other bag of miracle egg pasta. That is just 45 calories but 10 grams of protein.
