MuddyBoots, I had to stop drinking caffeine (and energy) drinks back in 2017 as I started to get really bad episodes of palpitations. I also suspected it was exacerbating my anxiety.
I lapsed last year for about six months and wound up getting really bad palpitations and a racing heart rate again. It’s settled again now I’ve stopped.
