Would someone, anyone, everyone comment on this: What is it about recognizing people only when it is beneficial to ourselves? This girl at work came into our area to help out and she seemed friendly enough. Had pretty desent conversation, bet the next day I say hello and it's like we'd never met.
Why does it seem that when we share our hearts and lives with others, time passes without a word?
Has friendship changed over the years and I was too caught up in living that I missed something? Did I fall asleep?
I believe "friend" to be an endearing, life embracing word reserved for those who capture the heart and mind. Those you miss when they are gone, think of often and wish the best for always. But people are people and I am responsible for how I react and respond. stay golden and smile today.
