I ate a salad at 11. I'm not hungry or thirsty. I figured it was the antibiotic making me so hungry because I wasn't very hungry before it from the iron and I stopped being hungry as soon as I stopped the antibiotic

Or else I just have ****** self control since I seem to say this or that causes hunger. But it is med related I think. Basically any cold medicine, or any sleeping med and any antibiotic I can't do without getting hungry.

But the scale is going down.
