It sounds like you’ve made some good progress with Pilates and very impressive you can do a killer arm workout, how’s your wrist doing?
My wrist is on the mend but still I can't do high or side planks or much work on all fours. It was coming along just fine until I overbalanced on the couch arm reaching for the remote control...I have always been on the clumsy side so that doesn't help things!

You are steadily approaching the 21 km with that long run you did the other day! Do you have hot weather for running now or just warm? I'd kill for just warm workouts, and it doesn't help it's getting light at 6 AM in the mornings; after the solstice, the days will start shortening and the mornings will steadily start getting darker for longer of my walk.
