I took a 2 hr nap and feel a bit more human. Still a bit drowsy and trying to wake up but probably should not try more coffee given that coffee on lack of sleep may have made me feel a bit on the hypomanic side. I'm going to try reading, play on my iPad a bit. I think things were worse this morning because I was having a lot of dissociation too (that's the one thing I can't get rid off, but it could have been triggered by yesterday kind of being a stressful social type situation for me along with the long drive which I don't like the food was much less stressful than I'd thought it'd be though so that was good).
