@Crazy Hitch That's kind of a lot of weight loss in a month, no? That's nearly 9 lb. in one month when you don't have that much to lose in the big scheme of things. I think exercise will help but I wouldn't beat yourself up if you fall short of that goal. 1-2 lb. loss a week is a healthy sustainable weight loss, but it doesn't mean you need to lose 2 lb. weekly. Adding exercise will probably help you a lot though. And it will help with toning as well.
