It sounds like she needs more than IOP at this point. You cannot be responsible for saving her life. That's on her. Please take care of yourself FIRST!
If she goes IP voluntarily, she can always sign a "three day paper", meaning in three business days she'll be discharged. Involuntary... She'll have few rights other than basic human rights i.e. she may be forced to take medication but she still should be treated well. I messaged you. If you have the chance please read it.
