Stress / PTSD treatments: Some insurance companies will cover acupuncture, which helps some people. WRT EMDR, my therapist brought it up when I mentioned that my wife was recommended for IOP. He said EMDR is part of the program that his employer runs.

Wishing you the best!
Thanks for your input and support @SquarePegGuy. Much appreciated. I can only pay the minimum each month on my credit cards. The only way out of debt right now is to pay off a chunk of it each year with my work bonus, which is a good amount of money, unless I get a higher paying job.

EMDR where I live is an out of pocket expense that I cannot afford. As it is, I have to do physical therapy for issues in my legs, and I just learned I also have carpel tunnel syndrome in my wrist and right hand.

Acupuncture - I don't know if that would be covered by my insurance, but it may be worthwhile for me to look into.

My body is falling apart on me right now. I am freaked out because I have always been strong and resilient and healthy in my body.
