Can you go cold turkey off valium? I haven't had any today since my med box isnt filled up yet and I feel fine. But I think I'm going to need it later. When I've tried going down before I literally shyt my pants from withdrawels. My therapist was trying hard not to laugh when I told her.

So yeah I need valium.
