If you stick with mood here is my best assessment of the type of therapy you might get but you may want to call the insurance company to verify the option you choose

Advanced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Psych Medicine Therapy

Physician Assistant Behavioral - Medicine therapy
Hope this helps in some way but you might want to select Stress and anxiety in the questionnaire and see what options you are given. They may be the same ones.

If I do stress and anxiety they are just going to "teach me" the coping skills and techniques I already know. That's why I went with mood.
I wish there was an option for more natural things (like a DO that specializes in mental health, but there just isn't) ..
