Well - at the insistence of my doctors, I did finally go through with the cardioversion in early May. Everything went well, and now that I'm in normal rhythm again, I recognize that I did have some symptoms while in AFib. There was a tightness in my chest, it was difficult to exercise, and there was just some general lethargy.
