I am considered part time but working full time hours. He has the hours to give me but cannot give me the full time status bc to do so I would need to be promoted and to be promoted I have to be able to legally drive by myself. Since I have seizures, that's not an option .. so, he cannot promote me to a position that is full time status, but can give me the hours, so that's what he does.
