Update --- 4 weeks now on Pristiq -- Ivan level is in the average of 32. Saw P-doc this morning and discussed options to get some more boost. We looked at Wellbutrin to add but decided to just increase the Pristiq dose to 100mg and see what it does. I've been taking my daily dose about 930-10am and now will add a dose about noon-1pm we expect it will give a boost at the back end of the day but not so much that it goes manic. Unfortunately there are no 25mg doses and cutting a 50mg in half doesnt work with the coating that's on these. So ............... let's see how it goes over the next week.
