I took a long power walk today and jogged a little too. The jogging was broken up but I probably jogged close to 1.5 miles. Granted my jogging speed is pretty slow, but I was happy I could jog without hip pain once again. And I did planks. I got an earlier start so it wasn’t quite as hot as usual (though I still was very sweaty when I got in!).
