Oh. In the MSLT they time how fast it takes for you to fall asleep during the day naps. In that sense I'm very close. But I was referring to the amount of time it normally takes for me to fall asleep, as if that was a problem. Believe me that's not a problem. I fall asleep at my desk all the time. Sometimes I don't even know it.
Technically I'm between IH and N2, but that's a sleep industry term, which means nothing to me. My sleep is very messed up and I'm not concerned with definitions. They did say outright something is very wrong.
