I would look for APRN (Advanced practice RN or psych RN. A clinical psychologist would be a good choice too.
What kind of insurance do you have? Can you choose a provider or does insurance stick their nose onto it? 😉

CBT is what I have done all my life, to the point I now know what their responses will be before I tell them anything, so it does me no good .. I have done a bit of DBT through self help but there are very few who do that here. I have finally found someone that does holistic therapy though, so I am gonna try that out.

My insurance gives me choices, but yeah, it's a list .. unless I am willing to pay out of pocket, which I can't afford
