I feel like because I’m no longer bouncing off the walls (AKA no linger my norm), my team doesn’t think I’m doing that bad. I try to tell them how little I’ve been eating and how much of a struggle it is, but i don’t think they get it because I still walk around and can read and clean and stuff. I actually started taking pictures of some harder meals and writing a little narrative about the three hours it took for me to get from “I’m gonna have [x]”to actually eating it and then a little sentence on how shytty I feel after eating it. Actually just added a picture of a box I made from a box of protein bars that I crafted to be a new instant oatmeal packet box (including nutrition info of course) because I had half the oatmeal packets and didn’t need such a big box anymore.But usually it’s like “this is a pickle and hummus I took 2 hours thinking about before putting together and only ate because the hummus is going to go bad soon.”
