I did a walk/jog this morning, and wow, I can jog a lot further than I thought. It was broken up (walking, then jogging some, walking, jogging, etc.). I covered 7.5 mi, and I estimate I jogged nearly 2/3 of that! No pain in my hips or in my knees or groin. I felt absolutely fantastic (though I probably will be a be sore tomorrow!). Did planks as well.
