I did 250 reps so far with my ab roller. I'm about to do more. So far I've just had coffee and a few pretzels. My appetite isn't insane so far.
I'm getting the ingredients to make chili and I have this bag of rissoto I'm going to try to figure out how to cook and then I'm going to add a can of diced tomatos to it.
