I did a walk/jog this morning. Mostly jogging and I covered 7 mi; I'd say I jogged a good 5.5-6 mi. I was really surprised I could jog that far, but I guess power walking has kept me in good shape. I'll probably either do pilates or walk tomorrow since I've done some jogging for a few days now. Of course, I did planks as well; those crazy planks still have not gotten easier!
