Today went fine. I was pretty hungry around 10 or 11 but I just waited 15 minutes and it passed. Thats another thing Noom taught me. To just sit and wait it out a bit. I did eat today and I'm going to eat dinner in a bit. I made the chili and the rissoto. I plan on eating them throughout the week. Theres also this little 16oz rice cooker I want to get that also makes single size servings of pasta and soup and stews and stuff.
My turkey chili was good. It may not have been the best GI wise since it was tomato based and had cumin, caneyn pepper, garlic, onion, and black pepper. But it wasn't that spicy and it didnt blow out my stomach or my butthole yet.
My total today was around 1450 calories, 150 carbs, and 115 grams of protein. Which is great considering I had been past 2000 calories and 300 carbs and under 50 grams of protein lately.
