Did 30 min on the treadmill today. Almost to my 10,000 step goal. I’m currently at 8,300 steps today, plan on getting in the rest of the steps now before the nights over

I’ve lost a total of 6 lbs since I started eating healthier, stopped bingeing, and cutting out sugary junk food and exercising regularly.
