Prioritize balancing self-care basics: sleep is huge like others said, not just getting enough but making sure it's not too much and somewhat consistent hours. Stay away from any kind of recreational substance (no weed, alcohol, anything like that. Even caffeine can be bad for a lot of us in excess). Having somewhat of a routine is really good for bipolar--getting up, eating regular/decent meals, going to bed, etc. around the same time of day helps.
