I was out in the heat all morning doing stuff. I ate some of the rissoto I made yesterday, and an Oikos vanilla yogurt for lunch.
I'm not very hungry and I think it might be the heat. I do have some light stuff to eat including some watermelon
I had some more of the turkey chili and a serving of Lesser Evil popcorn. I had some veggie chips and I'm going to have one last yogurt.
That equals to around 1360 calories, 175 carbs, and 91 grams of protein.
But its the sugar. Its only 68 grams today. Often I'm way over 100 grams before 6AM.
