I did 350 reps with my ab roller. I ate breakfast around 3AM and dinner around 9PM. Pizza bagels during the last 5 minutes of Jaws.
I don't really have a timeline of when I want to reach my goals. I just eat less and workout.
I saw MGK on the today show and I'd love to look like that although I think he is addicted to Adderal.
