I’m back from my daughter’s house. But the heat zapped my appetite. I’ve still not eaten yet today. I forgot to stop at the pharmacy and get my meds. They are not open tomorrow and the close in 6 minutes. I think I have 3 left so that will hold me until Monday. The heat has also made me sooo tired. I need to jump in the shower but I’m so leathargic. I think I’ll give myself an hour to just relax then I’ll shower and eat.
