I don't know what programs you're in but if you're in them (i.e. choosing to be there) try to get from it everything you possibly can (not taking money from family but learning skills for living while you are/ can be there). If you need your family's help and they're willing to help you, take the help BUT have a plan to (at least try to) pay it back. Do what you can to take control of your own life. In my experience - and that is the only perspective, however limited, I can speak from - accountability and responsibility for my own life is the biggest healing factor in terms of mental health. No idea if you are working or able to, but if that's a possibility and you haven't been able to do so yet, I highly recommend reaching out for possibilities of employment. That was the number one thing that helped me claw control back over my own life.

I've job hopped since I was 15 and am quiet frankly sick of all of it. The mental health, school ,job hopping ,religion. All to have people pulling the same crap. At the end of the day they all know they have my basic needs as leverage. I just want to take the life i get and be over with all this forced improvement bullcrap.
