Most of you might have heard about the recent regrettable incident involving "bunker busters" and Iran.

Online news sources started to report on it 10 hours after the action took place, which was late Sat. night or early Sunday morning. So I was disappointed but not too surprised to see no mention of it in the Sunday newspapers. But surely, Monday's paper would have a huge front page article followed by a few (or several) points of view and analyses.

Not our local paper -- they ran with a freaking lame-***** golf tournament. Are You Kidding? So I also bought the last copy of the NY Post.

After a while I started to wonder if the current administration is manipulating the news media, feeding its own version of events to those who would print it without fact checks. Because all the content in the NY Post seemed to be too perfect and made the event super successful. Even I could almost feel admiration for the folks who planned and implemented it. (That's when my suspicions peaked.)

Are we seeing something even more dangerous than the news blackouts and lawsuits against news outlets? By "more dangerous" I mean really well-crafted one-sided news?
