It’s better you choose an exercise routine that works for you rather than something rigid and imposed. I personally do not do formal exercise every day, it wouldn’t work for me.
How do you feel about Zumba or aerobics? Or just dancing around to music in the house? Something a bit more fun? As and when you feel like it?
