It is not even a voucher really. I think it’s actually technically a subsidized transitional housing program run by the city’s housing authority/a section of it that works to reduce homelessness, domestic violence, drug/alcohol use, stuff that generally causes or is caused by homelessness. I got in because I stayed at a nearby homeless shelter that let me apply due to disability and trying to get away from abuse/other active addicts.
