I mean, I may have just heard MY neighbor talk about "the new neighbor" for half an hour or hallucinated it because I've slept not even three hours total sum over the past three nights/four days, so I may be projecting a little here, but he sounds manic-- the fking frightening to be around kind. The things he says sound like he's not completely off in another world, but, yeah, he doesn't sound grounded at ALL.

I wouldn't feel safe around someone who doesn't let me get a word in whose sex drive is pretty up there and says things that sound straight up delusional, I mean that combo there alone in a man would have me asking around if I'm overly concerned about nothing or if other neighbors are being treated similarly or have noticed his attention just directed towards me. If other's felt similarly, I would probably call 911 in all honesty when the next situation (probably quickly) that makes me feel unsafe comes up because it seems like he is a threat to not just myself being sketched out by someone with a, uh, extreme personality but to a lot of people he may encounter on a day to day basis, some that may not be able to respond appropriately like by getting some kind of authority involved, and if it was directed towards me and acknowledged by others, I would definitely call the local police's line ASAP because that's just personal and fk you for sexual harassment and stalking.
