I didn't drink any soda or any coffee this morning. Breakfast was just a couple rice krispie type things and some water. I'm trying to eat only when I'm hungry and not drink 10 zero sugar sodas a day.
I have a few things I want to make to attempt at meal prepping again. Chili, whole wheat pasta, and a bag of yellow rice. I'll see how it goes this time.
