Thanks muddy, it’s true at least my legs weren’t sore or fatigued, the recovery runs do seem to help, I do them really slowly too.
I’m thinking about some kind of electrolyte rehydration afterwards, and maybe taking something on board while I’m running too. I don’t think I paid enough attention to rehydration yesterday though.
