Welcome to MSF @
badut - I am sorry for the loss of your mom. Losing a mom was difficult for me. I can only imagine how that has caused a disruption in your life.
When I was grieving I volunteered to help get me back into working again even though it was not full time. Hospice volunteering helped me to see that I was not alone. Many others were suffering loss just like I was.
Another thing I had to do was reinvent who I thought I was without my mom in my life. I had to try new things and start new routines.
My diet was inconsistent and mainly carbs which got me into mood swings and more feeling blue so I started eating more protein with meals and that helped'.
I also did Adrienne's Complete Beginner yoga and 5 minute Tai Chi on youtube and that got me more energized and soothed me.
I hope you find the next step to get you out of the doldrums that is normal with grief.
