When I was paying close attention, I noticed that the same mfr offered two selections of yogurt. One was low fat which had three times the sugar content of the plain version. Low Fat typically means high sugar. I like the taste of Yoplait, but it tastes good because it has high sugar content. It really helps to read the ingredient label.


I have come to the conclusion that fat is not the enemy. Sugar is the enemy. And "added sugar" is the real culprit.
