I was thinking of going to the ER last night. I was in so much pain. I took a couple Tylenol PM and I feel betteer. It was just from working on my closet all afternoon and thiis pain I've had for awhile in my left knee.

I have therapy today and my GI appointment on Tuesday. And I need to get blood work for my endorconolgist appointment on the 12th.
