Thanks so much @Blue_Bird - I think that's what triggered me, it upset me so much. Ended up getting out just for a little while to go to the post office and pharmacy. Things are lining up with work pretty well. Arm is feeling a bit better too. Never had a lychee before, I wonder what it might taste like..
