Ugh, I'm definitely having a day.
possible trigger - accidental OD

Possible trigger:

So yesterday I was super tired WAY beyond tired, I think my period started but I've just had brown/pink spotting on toilet paper, who knows? Anyway, I was exhausted. I took my night meds, went to my office to check my email right quick, then went back to the bedroom, took my night meds for Wed. night and immediately realized it was Tuesday and I had already taken my night meds. I told H and my daughter overheard. H was like I think you have done that before, you'll just have a doozy of a day tomorrow, but my daughter completely freaked out. She kept checking and checking on me and stayed up until I got up at 6 AM to be sure I was OK

So, I'm quite tired and a bit dizzy today but otherwise okay. I did manage a walk somehow (probably should have stayed in and done pilates though). Read with the SAD lamp okay, but I couldn't draw or paint anything today and I think I'm just going to give art a break today, perhaps just read and play on my iPad, maybe stream some shows. I'll try art again tomorrow. I am a bit off today and just need to take it easy.
