I get overwhelmed easily, too and hate it.
I had bunch of things happen at same time and was way too much for me.
Engine light came on, I was told I had to move out of my house, needed a Dr badly, several therapists dropped me, father wasn't listening to me, my bipolar symptoms were very bad and became suicidal.
