@raspberrytorte I think I'd go crazy if I had to go off meds that long when I'm in the hospital. Heck, for all I know I am blanked out and psychotic for 4, 5, 6 days when I'm in the hospital without much memory at all for those days so I have no idea how I feel physically or otherwise. I can't retain any fluid memory of those times. I am glad the melatonin helped you sleep. I have found the Natrol 10 mg melatonin gummies on top of my night meds really help me sleep. I usually end up taking 2-3 of those an hour or so after I take my night meds and I've found they help so much!
